Richard Law, Chief Executive Officer, Founder and Chairman of the Board
Richard has led Allyis since its inception in 1996 and is responsible for long-range planning, risk and opportunity assessment, and board governance. He’s also in charge of buying the coffee to keep everyone productive after lunch. His prior leadership experience includes management roles in the publishing, entertainment, and service industries, as well as experience at all levels of Internet development and management. On a daily basis, he works closely with Allyis’ internal teams to ensure that the company’s focus remains on understanding and serving its clients and employees well while the company grows and takes on new challenges.
In 2006, Richard was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the “40 Under 40” up-and-coming business professionals to watch, and was named Best Executive in the 2006 American Business Awards.
Richard holds an M.A. from Western Washington University (WWU) and in October 2007 was honored by WWU with its inaugural 2007 “Young Alumnus of the Year Award.”
Richard lives near Woodinville with his wife Kristy and his children Anna and Alex, and in his spare time you’re likely to find him watching The Office, trying to read three books at once, on a road trip somewhere in the Desert Southwest, or thinking up ideas for new web applications that may or may not ever get built.
Ethan Yarbrough, President and Founder
Ethan has served as senior Allyis leadership since the company’s inception in 1996 and currently serves as the company’s president. In this capacity he provides strategic oversight on employee relations, supervision and leadership development, educational programs, and all human resource functions.
In 2007 Ethan was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the region’s top “40 Under 40” business leaders. Ethan is passionate about programs that support Allyis employees and the community. He spearheads the internal Greener Allyis campaign which emphasizes reduced waste, recycling, reduced consumption, and general environmental stewardship with a goal of making it easier for employees to make “greener” choices while at work.
Ethan holds an M.A. in English Literature from Western Washington University and still enjoys spending his free time in creative pursuits such as writing and photography. In October 2007, Western Washington University honored Ethanalong with Allyis co-founders Ken Efta and Richard Lawwith the inaugural 2007 Young Alumnus of the Year Award.
Suzette McClintock, Chief Business Officer
Suzette has been responsible for the company’s strategy for growth since she joined in 2003. Company revenues have grown approximately 40% year-over-year since Suzette developed and began managing Allyis’ business development efforts, including account management and recruiting. In addition, Suzette is responsible for marketing and strategic client relationships, including the Microsoft vendor program.
Prior to joining Allyis, Suzette had a 14-year career as a senior program manager at Microsoft. During her time at Microsoft, Suzette managed the development of many internal sales tools as well as customer-facing Web sites and product features within MSN and the Windows client.
Suzette was named a “Best Executive” finalist in the 2007 Stevie Awards for Women in Business and holds a B.A. in Communications from Washington State University.
Mark Wasowicz, Chief Financial Officer
Mark joined Allyis in 2006 and serves as the company’s chief financial officer. In this capacity, Mark has operational oversight of the finance and infrastructure / IT services departments, as well as the company's Northwest business development efforts. He has been instrumental in growing and managing the finance team and its practices, and helping Allyis improve operations and efficiencies companywide. Mark is also responsible for establishing and maintaining banking, financing, and insurance relationships for the company. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an accounting degree from Washington State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington.
Rochelle Hill, Executive Vice President
As executive vice president, Rochelle has operational oversight of human resources, recruiting, internal communications, events, corporate citizenship, and employee care and relations departments. Before assuming her current role, she served for six years as vice president of marketing. Prior to that she worked on a variety of client projects for Allyis, including managing the Microsoft OEM System Builder site redesign and the Windows 2000 Launch to OEM System Builders worldwide.
Rochelle is a board member of Pat’s Fund, which is a nonprofit with a mission to steadily increase awareness, support, and available money for autoimmune disease research. In 2007, Rochelle was named a “Best Executive” finalist in the Stevie Awards for Women in Business. Before joining Allyis, Rochelle attended San Diego State University, gained marketing experience at a large Seattle-based engineering firm, and obtained business and leadership experience as co-owner and Managing Principal of Anderson Technical Publishing, a Web development firm.
Liz Molitor, Director of Marketing
As Director of Marketing, Liz is responsible for managing all aspects of Allyis' brand and marketing efforts. Liz brings over 18 years of marketing experience to her role including traditional, digital and product marketing, brand development, and consulting. She has worked for both Fortune 500 and start-up organizations including: America Online, Avenue A|Razorfish, Coinstar, and Tegic Communications.
Liz holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Seattle University.
At-large Leadership
Kendrick Efta, Founder and Practice Manager
Ken has spent the last decade analyzing, building, and managing worldwide Internet solutions and brands for Allyis’ core clients, including key initiatives at Microsoft within the System Builder, Partner, and IT organizations. As part of these initiatives, he has served in high-level business and analytical capacities, and is currently consulting in several collaboration, content management, and analytics/business intelligence initiatives. As an Allyis Practice Manager, Ken oversees business intelligence, project management, support, analytics, and development practices of the company. Before helping to found Allyis, Ken served as a technology consultant to a number of Seattle-area businesses.
Ken holds an M.A. from Western Washington University. In October 2007, Western Washington University honored Kenalong with Allyis co-founders Richard Law and Ethan Yarbroughwith its inaugural 2007 “Young Alumnus of the Year Award.”
