In-depth Recruiting Process
Your account manager and a dedicated recruiter will work with you to identify not
only the technical and position-specific requirements, but also details beyond the
job description which will help us identify the right people for your needs.
We understand that people are not just a collection of skills, so we work extremely
hard to present candidates who will fit well within your unique team and corporate
culture.
Once we’ve identified all requirements, our recruiting team employs the following
five-stage recruiting process to find the right fit:
Stage 1: Sourcing
Our sources for personnel include employee referrals, our constantly updated database
of candidates, redeployment of available Allyis employees, job announcements posted
to appropriate job boards, newspapers, and Web sites, and networking with alumni,
trade associations, and professional organizations.
Stage 2: Screening
Screening begins with reviewing the resumes of our sourced candidates. We then perform
an initial phone screen and have candidates complete a written technical assessment
and a client-developed assessment if applicable.
Stage 3: Interviewing
Once we’ve identified top candidates, we conduct in-depth, face-to-face interviews
with selected candidates and complete a skill set and experience review.
Stage 4: Reference Checking
Prior to submitting candidates to our clients, we perform three professional references,
and before any of our employees start a new project, we perform a felony background
check, education verification, and a drug screen and/or credit screen (if required).
Stage 5: Final Selection
The final selection process involves interviews by the account team and, if required,
interviews by the client. Once our clients decide which candidate(s) they would
like to work with their teams, we extend the offers, handle all employment-related
paperwork, and make sure our employees have the tools and resources they’ll need
in order to succeed in their positions.
